At The Treatment Skin Boutique, we reserve time specifically for each client to ensure the highest level of care and service. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that we are not notified within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment/consultation without notice may also be charged this fee. 

Laser Treatment:

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $250 fee without 48 hours notice.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of our team. 

By booking an appointment with The Treatment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us soon as possible so we can accommodate your request and offer the time to another client.
