Morgan Melvin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She has a double Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Nursing. Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in a strong clinical background, beginning with five years of experience in emergency and Level I and II trauma centers, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient safety, anatomy, and individualized care.
Originally from Ohio, Morgan’s nursing career has taken her across the country, including clinical experience in Ohio, Florida, and Las Vegas. While practicing in one of the nation’s most competitive aesthetic markets, she refined her expertise in advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, and creating natural, elevated results tailored to each patient.

What is Nefertiti Botox?
Nefertiti Botox is an advanced injection technique that targets the muscles along the jawline and neck bands rather than the upper face. It’s used to create a lifted, more defined jawline and smoother neck without surgery.
Can Botox treat excessive sweating?
Yes! Botox is FDA-approved for hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, and it works by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that trigger sweat glands. It’s commonly used for underarms but can be used elsewhere depending on your needs.
What is masseter Botox (jaw Botox)?
Masseter Botox is injected into the jaw muscle to relax it, which can slim a square or overly prominent jawline and ease jaw tension from teeth grinding or clenching. It’s a completely different application than Nefertiti Botox, that one lifts the jawline and neck, this one relaxes the muscle underneath it, so which one (or both) makes sense depends on what you’re actually trying to fix.
